cept for the over hour waiting to see the doc, she said moles sometimes change throughout life, and mine didn't look serious. but to have a whole body check once a year by a doc (as well as my own monthly checks). one more thing to add to the other once a year check.
and i got the flu shot for the first time in my life. my arm still hurts. and i couldn't sleep on my side, ugh.
