one of the ladys at work called the person who is doing the hiring for the forest service, and they had over 100 who were eligible for the job. plus they had two 5-point vets and one 10-pt vet. the 10-pt vet is going to get the job. They always have to give it to the vet first, then the disabled and then anyone else. its all good, at least i know.
one good thing though bout looking for a job? net-working. i'm serious, i have about 5 different people here at work that are also keeping an eye out for jobs for me and offer to put in a good word. one guy talked to the BLM director, but i didn't qualify enough for that job.
i did send in an application to work for directv. hopefully they are still hiring and will hire me. i got plenty of expierence in customer service. i was at convergys for almost 4 years! we'll see.
