so far, two of the houses we've seen and really liked have already been bought. so tonight we're talking with a builder to see how much it would cost and how long it would take.... if we have the binding contract signed by april 30 and moved in by june 1 we can still get the $8000 credit. which we already know how we'll spend it!
we've been doing the cycling class at the gym, wow, i've lost 5ish pounds since i last weighed myself! no more 180!!
